Manga lovers and comic book lovers, it's a fact!

The 8th Chaniartoon, in collaboration with Jemma Press, will host, from September 27 to 29, the great mangaka from Japan, Shintaro Kago!

Shintaro Kago, born in 1969 in Tokyo, is the primary representative of ero-guro. His work, which moves between the grotesque, the erotic, the strange and the bizarre, has an international appeal. His stories are distinguished by the constant deconstruction of the comic's form and its reconstruction through narrative paradoxes and unpredictable scenario outcomes, essentially playing with and testing the reader's mind. This is also done in his book "The Princess of The Never-Ending Castle", published in Greek by Jemma Press. In it, we witness a parallel narrative of two parallel worlds and their eternal ramifications. This book, as mentioned by the editor of Myrto Tselenti, was released simultaneously in Japanese, Italian and English, something very rare for manga, showcasing its global reach. Shintaro Kago's new manga, "The Twelve Sisters of the Never-ending Castle", published in Greek by Jemma Press, will also debut at the festival.
