The First Broadcast
*The First Broadcast* is a dramatised chronicle of the creation of Greek public television, while also recounting a landmark political period that shaped the course of modern Greek history. It explores an era that has received disproportionately little attention and has, until now, remained largely absent from popular entertainment media such as comics.
**Speakers:** Spyros Derveniotis (illustrator), Dimitris Maridakis (journalist).

A delightful comic exploring the history of ERT, Greece's public broadcaster, in a way you've never experienced before!
And those of us who had the chance to listen to Spyros and Dimitris were truly lucky. They shared fascinating insights into how history and fiction intertwine within a single work, as well as stories from those extraordinary times.
Spyros and Dimitris, thank you so much! Sending you all our love.
