Artist Alley Submission 2025

Application for the Artist Alley of Chaniartoon 2025, which will take place on 26, 27 and 28 September 2025 in Chania.

A prerequisite for participation is to have at least one publication or self-publication, with a minimum size of 16 pages, released between 2023 and 2025.
Artists who produce comic works using machines or artificial intelligence (AI) applications are not accepted.
Artists who promote racism, discrimination, etc., in any form are not accepted.

The selection criteria are as follows:

1. Relevance to the art of comics
2. Publications & self-publications
3. Original material
4. Aesthetic criteria

After the submission deadline, the festival jury will evaluate the applications and inform the selected participants.

In case of selection, participants will have to pay a fee of 70 euros, which will cover the following:

1. Full or half table in the Artist Alley (1.5x0.80m and 0.75x0.80m respectively)

2. Main meal for the 3 days

3. Coffee or beverage, one for each day

4. Discounts on air and ferry tickets (for Greek participants)

5. Festival products

6. Many surprises!

The amount must be paid within 15 days after the announcement of the results.

After 30 days from the announcement of the results, no changes or refunds can be made in case of non-payment.
